    Vinod Texworld Ltd, earlier known as Shree Shivshakti Cotfab Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2012. In 2016, it was taken over by “VINOD GROUP” of Mittal Family. “VINOD GROUP” is engaged in the textile industry since more than 4 Decades in various activity of Spinning, Weaving, Processing of denim & bottom weight suiting fabrics.

    As a top manufacturer of Suiting fabrics, Vinod Texworld is committed to quality products, sustainable processes, and continuous improvement
    in design and technology. We work on the promise of 100 % compliance to design, quality and delivery specifications. Today, we have over 70+ different fabrics in our product catalogue. But our real strength is in mass-producing made-to-order suiting fabrics as per client specifications.

    Today, Vinod Texworld manufactures quality bottom weight suiting fabric for domestic brands and With an open-end yarn manufacturing capacity of 6000 tons per annum, a weaving capacity of 20 million meters per annum and a finishing capacity of 20 million meters per annum, we can confidently do business with our 300+ trade partners.

    VINOD GROUP was established in 1980 on a very small scale but a wider vision to stamp a distinguished mark in textiles business.
    Textile sector is a fast growing industrial segment and it is considered as a ‘Sunrise ’sector. Following an MoU with Government of Gujarat in the Vibrant Gujarat meet – 2011 to implement the commitment with Government of Gujarat, we explored various avenues for diversification and as a first stage decided to change our existing product mix by introducing manufacture of bottom weight suiting fabric.
    Vinod Texworld is the manifestation of dreams and dedication. We are on this journey of creating fabric for the Indian market. Over the past 4 decades, with changing trends and new innovation in technology, we have been reinventing our products with contemporary and unique design. Our products are created out of passion for creating better with state of the art technology, latest research labs and updated design house, we bring you fabrics of superior quality.
