PRODUCTION PROCESS:

Manufacturing Process- and the Machineries involved
The Unit is engaged mainly in Dyeing and Printing of Greige fabric and afterwards sell them to market.

The flowchart to process the grey fabric is as under—

Grey Fabric Inspection (Grey checking) – Grey received is inspected for any spot, damage or fungus in grey on grey checking machine before releasing the grey in the process.

Singeing

Singeing is a process applied to Grey fabric to produce an even surface by burning off projecting fibers, yarn ends, and fuzz. This is accomplished by passing the greige fabric over a gas flame at a speed sufficient to burn away the protruding material without scorching or burning fabric. Singeing is usually followed by passing the treated material over a wet surface to assure that any smoldering is halted in our case it would be passed through desizing chemical.

Desizing

After singeing the fabric is sent for Desizing –the process of removing the sized chemical from the warp yarns in woven fabrics. Sizing agents are selected on the basis of type of fabric.

Washing Range: ( Continuous Bleaching Range )

After desize the fabric would be passed through the washer for scouvering purpose. This machine will eliminate the tedious process of loading unloading the jiggers for the same purpose and also shorten the process by taking the fabric directly for mercerize after washer.

After Desizing the fabric is sent for Bleaching –a process of whitening fabrics having natural colour . It is carried out by using oxidizing agents likeH2O2

Mercerizing (Mercerize Machine)

Mercerize is done to increase the pickup percentage, luster and to bring dimension stability.
Caustic Recovery ( Caustic Recovery Plant) : Crp is a very important machine in textile industry as it allows to recover the concentrated caustic from the wash liqour produced by the mercerizer.

After Mercerizing, the fabric is sent for Dyeing & Printing.

Dyeing

The fabric is loaded on the jigger for the dyeing process

Printing

There after the cloths are printed using the designs generally specified by the textile traders on semi automatic/automatic printing machines depending on design requirements.

Drying and Batching

The fabric passed through the vertical drying range for drying and batching purpose before finish.

Finishing

Fabric is then passed through the Stenter Machine for final finish effect , settle the width and shrinkage and to set colour fastness in the fabric.

Shrinking Range

Fabric is then passed through zero Machine to give final shrinkage and feel in the cloth.

Folding and Packing

Finished fabric is then folded in the folding machine inspected and packed in the packing department .
